Rick Seguin is a co-founder and senior partner of UCS (Usher Capordelis Seguin) with over twenty-five years of valuation experience covering a wide range of real estate. Member of the
International Right of Way Association,
Kiwanis Club of Ottawa and
BOMA Ottawa. Appraised major commercial, industrial, multi-residential and institutional properties, as well as all types of vacant land. Also special purpose properties, such as; retirement and nursing homes, child day cares, campgrounds, golf courses, rooming houses, condominium buildings, schools, land air rights, co-operative and life lease buildings. Purpose of the appraisals were for mortgage underwriting, power of sale, purchase, estate, acquisition, legal disputes, insurance, expropriation, market rental, asset management, etc. Involved in financial feasibility studies for the development or redevelopment potential of various assets.

Anthony Capordelis (Tony) is a co-founder and senior partner of UCS (Usher Capordelis Seguin) with over thirty years of valuation experience covering a vast range of real property assignments. A long standing member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), Tony has served as expositions Region 8 Chair, Chapter 63 President as well as a past representative on the International Valuation and Nomination and Elections Committees. Also a member of the
Ontario Expropriation Association and
AHEPA (American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association).
