Wayne Cryderman has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Allison University. He is currently enrolled at the Sauder School of Business – Real Estate Division for the purpose of obtaining his AACI designation. He has over 5 years of valuation experience with UCS Pigeon-Roy. He has undertaken commercial and residential appraisal assignments, as well as all types of vacant land.
